Rosé aged on lees

Rosé wine with of the Denomination of Origin CIGALES from Cubillas de Santa Marta (Valladolid) with the grape variety tempranillo.

Attractive medium cherry color with purple iridescence.
Good intensity, with a wide range of aromas of fresh forest fruits, such as currant or blackberry, the result of a very low temperature fermentation of the Tempranillo variety, between elegant lavender florals and subtle aniseed, with an elegant minerality.
In the mouth it has a pleasant balance between the fresh sensations of acidity and the aromatic phase that give complexity to the wine, with elegant tones of fine strawberry, blackberry, and tones of fresh stone fruit, with a lively and elegant finish that invites a new sip.
